SERVICE POLICY

We take the utmost care to inspect each customers order before shipping. Should an item appear to be defective, contact Kensington Cottage immediately. Upon the determination of defective workmanship or materials a Return Authorization, or "RA", will be issued for the purpose of returning the item. NO ITEM OR MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN UNLESS AN "RA" ACCOMPANIES IT. Because all merchandise sold at Kensington Cottage is capable of shipping via UPS or RPS, items may be returned to us in the same manner. It is the customer's responsibility to return the defective piece to Kensington Cottage in reasonable condition.
