The items offered
for sale by Kensington Cottage are built on a custom order basis.
Due to this unique process "All Sales are Final". No
item or product is available for cancellation after it has entered
into production or shipment by its corresponding manufacturer.
Payment in full is expected at time of sale. Payment methods
are by cash (check or money order) or e-check and credit card
(use the PayPal link below for more information on these options).
Custom order items
will have delivery times of 3 - 6 weeks. Pieces with shorter
delivery dates, or items "in-stock", will be noted
in thier description. Please feel free to contact us, sales@kensingtoncottage.com, if you if you have any questions
or need more precise delivery information on a particular item.
PLEASE NOTE: To help deter credit card
fraud, we ship items paid with a credit card to confirmed addresses
only; to ship to another address please pay by e-check or money
order.
